This is the best flawless blue Tourmaline possible. The color looks like a blue highlighter marker. I purchased 3 pieces of rough in Tucson last year and just received them back from the cutter. They did a excellent job. This Tourmaline would make a top notch piece of jewelry or would bring a bright light to any collection.
